01. Do not drink alcohol or caffeine 24 hours prior to your appointment. HYDRATE HYDRATE with H2O
02. Do not take Advil or blood thinners 72 hours prior to your appointment (Ibuprofen, Niacin, Aspirin, fish oil or Vitamin E).
03. Stop the use of Retin-A or AHA products for 2 weeks prior to service.
04. No microdermabrasion or dermaplaning for 2 weeks prior.
05. No laser or chemical peels for 1 month prior to procedure.
06. Botox should not be done 2-3 weeks before or after the procedure.
07. Do not wax or tint your eyebrows 3 days prior to the procedure.
08. Do not tan your face one week prior to the service, the most important thing is to not have sunburned skin.
09. You can arrive to your appointment with or without make-up, it's up to you! Dress comfortable, it will be a couple of hours...but with some good music and talks.
